Beijing Sub-Center Administrative Office 6# energy station is located in Lu Town east of the East sixth Ring Road of Tongzhou District, Beijing.It is about 30 kilometers from Tiananmen which is to the north ofYuzhihe Street,the south to the Grand Canal of Beijing and Hangzhou, with Songliang Road in the east and the sixth Ring Road in the west.

The energy station serves as the civil servant's swing room and the western commercial office land in the sub-central area.The first phase of the project covers about 565600 square meters including 12 sites in the civil service swing area.The energy supply range of the second phase includes about 62200 square meters to the west.

The project adopts CCHP, ground source heat pump, water storage and other multi-energy coupling energy supply modes. Its renewable energy utilization reached up to 40 percent, clean energy utilization reached up to 100 percent.

The energy station is located on the ground floor of block 9, Civil Service District, whose basement 2’s floorage is around 1.2w mand surface depth of the lowest layer-21.7 m.
