Pushing forward technological Reform to a New record 

On February 2, the company held the work meeting of the company in No.3 Building of Jiaoao Center. Che Lixin, deputy general manager of Beilan Industrial Group, all the cadres and workers attended the meeting. 

At the meeting, Liu Lu, the general manager, firstly made the company's 2018 annual work report, summed up the achievements of 2017, actively looked for deficiencies, formulated corrective measures, and made the detailed arrangements for 2018 work.  The conference then awarded to the winners of the 2017 awards. 

Chen Qiming, secretary of the Party branch and chairman of the company, first of all, expressed sincere thanks for the strong support of Bei Ran Group, the unity and cooperation of the members of the leading group, and the joint efforts of all the staff.

Chen Qiming pointed out in his speech that in 2017 the company had achieved better results in terms of income output value, market expansion, design quality, and external visibility, but there were still problems such as inadequate basic management and insufficient safety awareness. It is hoped that under the leadership of the Party branch of the company in 2018, the company will continue to improve the design quality, strengthen the internal control mechanism, and "standardize, personalize and refine" the "standardized, personalized, refined" strategic thinking of the Bei Ran Group, and accelerate the internal transformation of the enterprise to achieve better and faster development of the company. 

Che Li-hsin fully affirmed Unette's achievements in 2017, and hopes that the company will be able to continue to develop as the following five aspects  in the new year:

Firstly, continue to expand the market and make new breakthroughs with the help of the advantages of foreign shareholders, opening up foreign ports and international markets.

Secondly, continue to optimize the business structure, stabilize the current business model, adjust new ideas, explore new business and achieve more diversified development.

Thirdly, strengthen the scientific research construction, take the profit of the result transformation as the premise, actively study the scientific research technology, such as heating and energy saving, optimizing the cost of changing the coal into gas in the countryside, make the scientific research become the source power of the development of the enterprise. 

Fourthly, strengthen internal interconnection, including between the design plates, between the enterprises of Bei Ran Group and among the enterprises of the Beijing Holding Group, to maintain close interconnection and to maximize the common interests .
